We have had a Patient Reference Group (PRG) in place for a couple of years now which meets on a regular basis at the Surgery to discuss a wide range of issues relating to the service we offer you. The Group is asked for their views about the range and quality of services we offer and they are instrumental in shaping our decisions.
We are currently looking to make the group more representative. If you are interested in being a member on the PRG and feel you can contribute by giving your feedback and suggestions we would encourage you to get in touch with either Katherine Jhumann, our administration manager or me (Omer Hussein) the Practice Manager either by telephone or in person.
In order to make sure the group is representative across age, gender, ethnicity, specific health needs etc we may have to politely decline some requests to join the PRG.
In conjunction with the PRG we will also be creating a new Virtual PRG which we will regularly consult via email. If you would like to be a member of the Virtual PPG simply complete
this form and send/bring it to the Practice
